When will my order ship?
We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment receipt, but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Once processed, packages will ship from our New Jersey location via UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class Mail (2-3 days) or Parcel Post (2-8 days), depending on the products ordered. You will receive an email from our shop when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for transit times as this is the responsibility of the carrier.
What happens if I refuse the delivery, or I am not home to accept the delivery?
All carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. Since we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be liable for the return shipping fees if you refuse delivery or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success.
On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. If the package is shipped via UPS, the package is insured automatically for $100 or less. If your order totals more than $100, you will have the option to purchase additional insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available, and is excluded from Flat Rate shipping. Please contact us for a quote.
Flat Rate Shipping:
The flat rate applies when shipped to any Contiguous USA address with orders of $50.00 or more. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Cake stands and milk bottles are excluded from flat rate shipping. We want our customers to "Celebrate in Sweet Style" so we work very hard to keep the shipping rates low for you. Please note our cake stands and glass milk bottles are not included in the flat rate shipping special.
